Isuzu FVZ 6X4 6.5 cubic meter sewage cleaning and suction truck is a high-efficiency sanitation vehicle modified on the basis of Isuzu FVZ 6X4 chassis. Chassis system
• Wheelbase: 4350+1370mm double-stage extended wheelbase design ensures the stability of the vehicle under complex road conditions, while providing sufficient layout space for upper equipment.
• Powertrain: Equipped with Isuzu 6HK1-TCG60 300HP inline six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine (displacement 7.79L), maximum power 221kW, matched with Fast 9JS119T-B full synchronizer 9-speed transmission, to achieve a balance between heavy-load climbing and high-speed cruising.
Upper system
★ Tank layout:
▪ Sewage tank: 4.5 cubic meters fully hot dipped galvanised, the inner wall is sprayed with epoxy resin anti-corrosion layer, the top is equipped with a retractable sewage suction arm (maximum extension length 8 meters), and the tailgate is equipped with a DN200 pneumatic discharge valve to support rapid emptying.
▪ Clean water tank: 2 cubic meters of PP polypropylene clean water tanks are arranged symmetrically on both sides, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with integrated fire hydrant interface and top quick water injection port, supporting water replenishment in multiple scenarios.
★ Power unit:
The auxiliary engine drives the Italian HPP ESL122/160 high-pressure plunger pump (rated pressure 16MPa, flow rate 122L/min) and 2BE-204 water ring vacuum pump (ultimate vacuum 3300Pa, pumping speed 21 m³/min), realizing independent control of cleaning and suction.

The tail is equipped with a 30m high-pressure hose reel and 20m suction pipe, supporting 360° no-dead-angle operation; the tailgate discharge valve can suck sewage with one button. Tool box under the clean water tank (pipe/tool storage); the top of the sewage tank is equipped with a suction arm, which can be rotated and retracted.

» Ⅳ. Working principle:
Dual pump collaborative operation mechanism
● High-pressure cleaning: The auxiliary engine drives the high-pressure pump to pressurize the water in the clean water tank to 16MPa, and forms a fan-shaped water curtain through the nozzle. The impact force can reach 200kgf, effectively stripping the oil and sediment on the inner wall of the pipe.
● Vacuum suction: The vacuum pump forms a negative pressure in the tank body, and sucks sewage and dirt into the sewage tank through the suction pipe. The suction range can reach 8 meters and the vertical lifting height is 5 meters.
● Intelligent switching: The cleaning/sucking mode is quickly switched through the electronically controlled hydraulic valve group, and the single operation cycle time is ≤3 minutes.
