ISUZU 20000 liters stainless vacuum sewage truck
The Isuzu 6x4 20 cubic meter vacuum truck adopts an Isuzu GIGA 6x4 cab, with a wheelbase of 4600+1370mm. • Chassis and Powertrain: Isuzu GIGA 6x4 cab; equipped with an Isuzu 6UZ1-TCG61 engine, with a maximum output of 279kW (approximately 380 horsepower) and a peak torque of 1800N·m; matched with a FAST 12-speed manual transmission.

1. Pump Structure:
Vane type. The rotor is eccentrically mounted inside the pump chamber, with wear-resistant aramid vanes embedded in the rotor slots. When the rotor rotates, the vanes are subjected to centrifugal force and adhere tightly to the inner wall of the pump body, creating a variable-volume air chamber. This cyclically completes the intake, compression, and exhaust processes, simultaneously achieving both negative pressure suction and positive pressure drainage functions.
2. Cooling System: Enhanced Air-Jet Cooling
The PNR155D features unique air-jet cooling: during operation, low-pressure cold air is introduced into the pump chamber, directly removing heat generated by the vanes and compressor. This upgraded air-cooling system eliminates the need for a circulating water circuit, preventing leaks and making it suitable for harsh vehicle operating conditions.
3. Lubrication System
Fully automatic forced pressure lubrication with a 4L side-mounted independent oil tank and copper oil pipelines. It automatically and quantitatively supplies oil to the vanes and bearings, eliminating the need for manual oil droplet adjustment.
4. Standard Built-in Components
Integrated vacuum/pressure reversing valve, eliminating the need for additional valves; one-button switching between sludge extraction and drainage modes; corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy inlet and outlet flanges; blade inspection port, eliminating the need for complete machine disassembly for maintenance; supports clockwise/counterclockwise bidirectional rotation, adaptable to different chassis PTO.
JUROP PN series vacuum pump parameters
PUMP Principle:
The Jurop PNR155D is a dedicated oil-lubricated eccentric vane vacuum pump for sanitation vehicles, featuring an integrated four-way reversing valve that allows switching between vacuum and pressure purging modes. The PTO drives the eccentric rotor to rotate, and centrifugal force keeps the carbon vanes tightly pressed against the pump casing. The vanes, rotor, and casing form a variable-sealed air chamber. When the chamber expands, it draws in air from the tank, creating negative pressure to suction out waste. By switching the reversing valve, the inlet and outlet air paths can be interchanged; when the chamber narrows, it compresses the gas, and the pump outputs high-pressure air for unloading and clearing blockages. This pump requires no water injection, provides a high vacuum, and continuously completes the intake, compression, and exhaust cycles through periodic volume changes.

VACUUM-PRESSURE LINE COMPONENTS
♦ Auxiliary Devices:
• Sight Glass: Transparent tubular design allows for direct observation of the liquid level inside the tank, facilitating control of the suction volume.
• Tank Ladder: Enables operators to easily access the top of the tank for inspection, maintenance, and other operations.
• Suction Valve: Located at the rear of the vehicle, it connects to the suction hose and serves as the inlet for suctioning waste.
• Drain Valve: Used to quickly and smoothly drain liquid waste from the tank.
• Anti-overflow valve: Installed on the top of the tank, it effectively prevents backflow of waste into the vacuum pump due to overfilling, protecting core components and ensuring operational safety.
• Control Components: Includes hydraulic control valves for tank lifting and tailgate opening/closing.
