♦ Vacuum Suction System:
The entire system consists of a core component and a series of auxiliary safety components working together:
• Core Component: SK-20 Water Circulation Vacuum Pump. With a pumping speed of 20 m³/min and an ultimate vacuum of -0.093 MPa, this pump offers fast pumping speed, high vacuum, and stable performance, making it particularly suitable for pumping viscous media or media containing impurities. It also boasts advantages such as corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance.


Working Principle
The impeller is eccentrically mounted within a nearly circular pump body. When the impeller rotates, the liquid, under centrifugal force, forms a rotating liquid ring on the inner wall of the pump body. A sealed air chamber is formed between the two-phase leading blades, the impeller hub, and the inner surface of the liquid ring. In the suction zone, the volume of the sealed air chamber gradually increases, its internal pressure decreases, and gas is drawn in through the suction port; in the exhaust zone, the volume of the sealed air chamber gradually decreases, its internal pressure increases, and the gas is compressed and discharged through the exhaust port; this process is repeated continuously to achieve the purpose of pumping gas.

• Power Source and Transmission: The vehicle's engine is the final power source, outputting power via a power take-off (PTO) and driving the SK-20 water ring vacuum pump through a drive shaft.
• Vacuum Pumping and Vacuum Breaking (Four-Way Valve): This crucial four-way valve is responsible for switching the pipeline. In "sludge suction" mode, it connects the vacuum pump's suction port to the tank, extracting air to create negative pressure; in "sludge discharge" mode, it switches to blowing air into the tank, using positive pressure to assist in unloading.


♦ Safety Components:
• Overflow Preventer: Installed on top of the tank, this valve automatically closes when the liquid level approaches the upper limit, preventing wastewater from being drawn into the vacuum pump and causing damage.
Vacuum Pressure Gauge: Used to monitor the vacuum level inside the tank in real time, allowing operators to understand the system status and ensure operational safety.
Pressure Relief Valve (Safety Valve): As the last line of defense, it automatically opens to relieve pressure when the tank pressure is abnormally high or low, preventing the tank from deforming or being damaged due to excessive pressure.
Auxiliary Filtration System: Includes an oil-gas separator and a water-gas separator, used to filter oil and moisture from the gas extracted from the tank, protecting the vacuum pump and reducing contamination.
