★ Basic Configuration:
• Chassis: Isuzu GIGA 6X4 chassis, wheelbase 4600+1370mm, equipped with an Isuzu 6UZ1-TCG61 engine, 9.839L displacement, 380 horsepower, peak torque 1800N·m, matched with a Fast 12-speed manual transmission.
• Upper Structure : 22 cubic meter ultra-large capacity sewage tank, equipped with a MORO PM110W liquid-cooled vacuum pump.

★ Core suction system:
• The MORO PM110W vacuum pump is a water-cooled vacuum pump featuring Kevlar vanes, a visual inspection port, and an eccentric rotor. It can be cooled by water or other liquids. This series utilizes radial rotary vane pump technology.

• This vacuum pump features a high-strength cast iron body, ensuring durability and excellent heat exchange performance. Optimized inlet and outlet designs reduce noise and heat, while a liquid-cooled circuit enhances heat exchange efficiency and extends service life. A water circulation pump is included as standard. The pump body has a built-in oil tank, and the piston pump's forced lubrication ensures stable operation. The blades are made of high-temperature resistant composite materials, combined with Viton fluororubber seals for enhanced heat resistance.

• The pump body integrates a check valve and a four-way valve. An inspection port on the flange allows for easy and direct monitoring of wear. The inlet and outlet elbow flanges allow for customization to different operating conditions. The outlet elbow has pre-installed mounting positions for a pressure relief valve, vacuum release valve, and pressure gauge. The four-way valve can be optionally driven hydraulically or pneumatically.

• It weighs 645 lbs, has a positive pressure capacity of 29 psi, a free air flow of 630 cfm, and can operate continuously at a vacuum of 24 inches of mercury (with an intermittent maximum vacuum of 28 inches of mercury). A receiver capacity of 2000 to 6000 gallons is recommended.

★ Hydraulic Control System:
A manual hydraulic control valve is located on the right side, allowing operators to safely and conveniently control the lifting and lowering of the tank, as well as the hydraulic opening and closing of the tailgate, enabling one-button unloading.
★ Standard Accessories:
Equipped with Hyva hydraulic cylinders and a hydraulic oil tank to power the system; a ladder for easy access to the top; a sight glass for easy observation of the liquid level; and a tailgate discharge valve (DN150) and a suction valve (DN100) for sewage discharge and suction operations, respectively.
