Isuzu GIGA 8x4 fuel tanker truck is modified on the basis of Isuzu GIGA 8X4 chassis, with a wheelbase of 2100+4325+1370 mm, equipped with Isuzu 6WG1-TCG61 460 horsepower engine, Fast 12-speed gearbox, the front of the upper body is a HALO ROPS (optional), ISOLATORS & E-STOPS, in the middle is a 25 square carbon steel tank, equipped with Beijing Sanjin fuel dispenser, fuel gun, reel, flow meter, liquid level meter, manhole on the top of the tank, anti-skid walkway, handrail, FS-Curtis FAC-23B compressor, ladder, tool box.

It is designed for medium and long-distance fuel transportation and efficient refueling operations. The vehicle is equipped with a 25 cubic meter carbon steel tank with a large fuel storage capacity. The internal wave-breaking plate design ensures transportation stability and integrates the Beijing Sanjin intelligent refueling system with a metering accuracy of ±0.2%. The vehicle is equipped with multiple safety protections, including an emergency cut-off system, an anti-static device and an optional roll cage, which meets the standards for the transportation of dangerous goods. An air compressor and a working platform are installed at the rear to meet different operational needs.

● Based on the Isuzu GIGA 8X4 chassis, it adopts 8×4 drive mode, with a wheelbase of 2100+4325+1370mm, taking into account both load stability and turning flexibility.
● Equipped with Isuzu 6WG1-TCG61 inline six-cylinder diesel engine, with a maximum power of 460 horsepower and a peak torque of 2250N·m, matched with Fast 12-speed gearbox, low-speed torque output is strong, heavy-load climbing ability is improved by 20%, and fuel economy is 8% better than similar models.
2. Safety protection module
● Front protection: Standard ISOLATORS power isolation device and E-STOPS emergency stop system, which can cut off the engine power output within 0.3 seconds; optional HALO ROPS roll cage provides additional rollover protection.
● Tank safety: The 25-cubic-meter carbon steel tank adopts a multi-wave plate design, equipped with a liquid level alarm device and an anti-overflow valve, and a European standard manhole with a breathing valve and an anti-slip walkway on the top for easy maintenance; the tail is integrated with a FS-Curtis FAC-23B air compressor (exhaust volume 23m³/min) to support rapid inflation of engineering vehicles.
3. Intelligent refueling system
● The middle tank area integrates the Beijing Sanjin SK-3D series refueling machine, with a standard flow of 50L/min, which is adjustable, and the flow meter accuracy is ±0.2%. It supports multiple guns to operate simultaneously, and is equipped with an automatic reel and a 15-meter refueling hose for rapid recovery.
