1) Manual/automatic: switch between manual and automatic modes. The manual mode corresponds to the lower buttons in sequence: slide up, slide down, scraper open, scraper close. The automatic mode corresponds to the buttons below for single cycle, continuous cycle, cycle stop, and emergency stop.

2) Flip frame: Twist it to the "up" position, and the flip frame will rise; twist it to the down position, and the flip frame will descend; release the button, and the button will bounce back to the neutral position, and the flip frame will stop.

3) Single cycle button: scrape and skateboard perform a cycle of "scraper opening - skateboard going down - scraper closing - skateboard going up".

4) Continuous cycle button: The scraper and skateboard perform a continuous cycle of "scraper opening - skateboard going down - scraper closing - skateboard going up".

5) Cycle stop: When the scraper and skateboard perform a continuous cycle of "scraper opening - skateboard downward - scraper scraping - skateboard upward" and need to be stopped, click the "continuous cycle stop" button, and the scraper and skateboard will complete the ongoing cycle. Stops working after looping.

6) Emergency stop: When the scraper and skateboard need to stop, press the "Emergency Stop" button, and the scraper and skateboard will stop working immediately at any position.

Notice:

1) When performing "single cycle" work, if you need to stop an action, you can click the "single cycle" button again to go to the next action.

2) When the garbage is loaded until the upward movement of the skateboard cannot reach the top dead center, it means that the garbage has been loaded and cannot be forcibly loaded any more. The work should be stopped immediately to avoid overloading.

You should pay attention to the following matters when using Isuzu compactor garbage truck：

——It is strictly forbidden for people to stand or walk under the loader after it is lifted. When it is necessary to lift the loader for certain maintenance work, it should be supported by a solid bracket to prevent serious incidents;

——Garbage should be put evenly into the filling hopper, and should not be concentrated on one side, which will shift the center of gravity of the vehicle, or the garbage should be piled too high along the mouth of the filling hopper, which will affect the even distribution of the compressed garbage truck and garbage in the garbage bin;

——The loader must not enter normal driving before it has been dropped and locked; 

——After unloading, the joint surface of the garbage bin and the filler must be cleaned to ensure that the joint surface is well sealed, and at the same time, avoid damaging the rubber sealing strip due to sharp or hard objects in the garbage;

——The sealing gasket on the sewage discharge device of the garbage bin must be cleaned every day, especially after draining the sewage, the residue on the sealing gasket must be cleaned, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the sewage discharge device or seal failure;

——When washing the car, do not spray water directly onto electrical components and the air inlet of the fuel tank;

——During maintenance, be sure to prevent falling and knocking to avoid damage, deformation and scratches to parts. Pay attention to cleaning when disassembling and assembling the hydraulic system;

——When the hydraulic system or electrical control system needs to be disassembled, the filler should be in the dropped position, and the scraper and slide plate must be slowly lowered or fixed first, otherwise the sudden movement of the filler or scraper and slide plate will cause damage to the equipment. and other serious accidents;

——The viscosity of hydraulic working oil will increase when the temperature is low. Before loading garbage, the pressure filling and bucket lifting mechanism should be run without load several times;

——When lifting or lowering the filler, confirm the safety of the surroundings and operate with caution;

——Do not lift the loader on a slope, otherwise the center of gravity may shift backwards and cause a rollover accident;

——Loading and unloading operations are automatically controlled by the throttle device. The position of the throttle control cylinder must not be changed at will. Excessive engine speed will cause damage to the engine and oil pump power unit. Too low engine speed will reduce operating efficiency;

——The pressure valve springs in various places have been adjusted before leaving the factory. It is strictly prohibited to adjust them at will. If you find that the loading capacity is significantly reduced, you should go to the designated maintenance point for maintenance.
