The Isuzu ELF 100P 6CBM rear loader compactor is built on the Isuzu 100P Euro IV chassis. It is equipped with a 4JB1CN turbocharged diesel engine at its core. Its 2.771L displacement can output 98 horsepower and a peak torque of 220N·m (1700rpm). The engine adopts high-pressure common rail technology and is equipped with an EGR exhaust gas recirculation system. It not only meets the Euro IV emission standards, but also has low-speed and high-torque characteristics, which is particularly suitable for the frequent start-stop requirements of garbage collection and transportation conditions. It is matched with the original MSB five-speed manual transmission, the gear ratio is optimized, and the first gear ratio reaches 5.094, which ensures the power output efficiency when starting with heavy load.
★ Upper system: Modular compression box and intelligent control system
The 6 cubic meter compactor box is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate (Q345B material, 4mm thickness), and the compression mechanism adopts an inclined push plate design with a compression ratio of 3:1. With a two-stage compression cylinder (cylinder diameter 140mm/rod diameter 85mm, working pressure 16MPa), the garbage density can be increased to more than 0.8t/m³. The tailgate adopts fully sealed hydraulic locking technology, and the rubber sealing strip has a weather-resistant temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃ to ensure that there is no leakage during transportation.
The loading system is equipped with a fully automatic hanging bucket flipping mechanism, which is suitable for 240L European standard round trash cans (DIN30700 standard), the maximum inclination angle of the lifting frame is 120°, and the single cycle time is ≤25 seconds. The key articulated parts use self-lubricating bearings, and the maintenance-free cycle exceeds 5,000 actions. The LED warning light group installed on the top of the cab has an effective warning distance of 200 meters.
★ Pneumatic-electric integrated control system
● Power unit: LCM-9L DC variable frequency air compactor adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a displacement of 900L/min (0.8MPa working condition) at 550W power, which is 30% more energy-efficient than traditional piston air compactor. Built-in PID intelligent pressure regulating module, pressure control accuracy ±0.02MPa.
