Product Structure Features
1. Compression System
The compression system includes the compactor body, ejector panel, and push plate, all made of high-strength steel, ensuring reliability and durability.
2. Loading System
The loading system can be customized based on customer requirements, including options for bin lifter, triangular hooper, ground hooper and swing arm hooper.
3. Sewage tanks
Equipped with two sewage collection tanks to prevent leakage of wastewater from the tank, effectively avoiding secondary pollution. The material of the sewage tank can be selected from carbon steel or stainless steel based on customer preferences.
4. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic cylinders, gear pump, multi-way valve, and hydraulic pipelines are sourced from well-known domestic brands, offering stable performance, high reliability, and a long service life.
5. Rear Electronic Control
An electronic control panel is installed at the rear of the tailgate for easy operation. The CAN-bus control system supports both automatic and semi-automatic control. Remote control is also available as an option.
6. Manual Control Operation
The hydraulic multiway valves located at the rear of the cab manages the operation of the compression mechanism and tailgate, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of each mechanism and enhancing the overall reliability of the vehicle.
