Main structure of ISUZU 8CBM rear loader

Compactor body
The compactor body of the ISUZU rear loader truck is constructed with reinforced beams and steel plates welded into a sturdy frame structure. The sides and top are curved surfaces with an aesthetic appearance, lightweight design, good stress distribution, and resistance to deformation.

Push plate
The push plate is welded from a rectangular steel tube frame and bent plates, with adjustable sealing strips installed on both sides and the top to ensure proper clearance between the push plate and the compactor body. This design not only makes the structure lightweight but also ensures even distribution of garbage and thorough unloading.

Tailgate assembly
It mainly consists of components such as the tailgate body, slide plate, and scraper. The guide rails in the tailgate is cold-bent and formed from high-strength, wear-resistant material, and the lower curved plate is also made from high-strength, wear-resistant material. The sides of the slide plate are equipped with integrated nylon sliders, which offer self-lubrication, high stability, and enhanced wear resistance. The stress-bearing areas of the scraper are locally reinforced, resulting in a sturdy structure with a lightweight design.

Garbage bin lifting device
The bin lifting device is constructed by welding bent materials and profiles together, resulting in a sturdy structure with an aesthetic appearance. It is suitable for lifting 240-liter, 660-liter, and 1100-liter plastic garbage bins.
