The Isuzu 6x4 Synchronized Chip Seal Truck is modified on the Isuzu FVZ GIGA 6x4 chassis, 5700mm + 1370mm wheelbase. Equipped with an Isuzu 6HK1-TCG60 engine and a Fast 9-speed transmission. It features an 8500L asphalt tank, a 10m³ aggregate hopper with a particle size of 3-30mm, a 4200mm spray width, and an asphalt spray rate of 0.2-3.0kg/m² and an aggregate spray rate of 2-22 L/m². Its asphalt spraying accuracy is 1.5%. It's suitable for hot (modified) asphalt and emulsified asphalt. It features automatic thermal oil heating and dual G20 burners ( Italy Riello). The asphalt heats up at 20°C/h and has an optimal operating speed of 3-6 km/h. It's driven by a Honda 5.5kW generator or an optional hydraulic motor.

It can also apply hot (modified) asphalt and emulsified asphalt. It is suitable for applying lower and upper seal coats on highway and bridge surfaces, adding wearing courses to new and existing pavement, layering asphalt pavements, and applying asphalt and gravel separately in special circumstances. It can also be used for interlayer treatment and mid-term maintenance on high-grade highways.
