Isuzu ELF NKR stainless steel road sweeper truck
The Isuzu 100P road sweeper uses an Isuzu 100P chassis with a 3360mm wheelbase. It is equipped with an Isuzu 4KB1-TCG60 130HP engine and an MSB 5-speed gearbox. The upper part is a 4cbm trash bin with a stainless steel interior and a carbon steel exterior. 1cbm carbon steel cleaning water tank,It has four central sweeping brushes and a rear suction cup. It is equipped with a Jiangling 77-horsepower auxiliary engine, a Hyder River solenoid valve group, a Hyder River cylinder, a Siemens electronic control switch, a two-way operation button, a Sanyo motor, a Xinxishan electronic diaphragm pump, an automatic clutch, a Weiye 6.0 maintenance-free centrifugal fan, a manual pump emergency system, an LED arrow light at the rear, an all-English panel, and a PLC electronic control box.

Chassis configuration
1. Chassis: Isuzu 100P light truck chassis, 3360mm wheelbase
Engine: Equipped with an Isuzu 4KB1-TCG60 inline four-cylinder diesel engine, 2.499L displacement, maximum power of 130 horsepower (96kW), meeting Euro VI emission standards, offering powerful power and excellent fuel economy.
Transmission: MSB 5-speed manual transmission, offering smooth shifting and high transmission efficiency.
2. Auxiliary Engine System
Equipped with a Jiangling 77-horsepower auxiliary engine, specifically designed for sweeping operations, it independently drives the fan, brush, and suction cup, preventing overload on the main engine and extending vehicle life.
Upper Structure
1. Trash Bin
• Capacity: 5 cubic meters, meeting the needs of long-duration single-use operations.
• Material: Inner layer of 304 stainless steel for high corrosion resistance; outer layer of high-strength carbon steel with rust-proof treatment, balancing durability and lightweight.
2. Cleaning Device
• Brush Layout: Four centrally mounted brushes (two in front and two in the rear) arranged in a spiral pattern, covering a width of up to 3.2 meters, efficiently collect trash beneath the suction cup.
• Suction Cup System: Rear-mounted wide suction cups equipped with a high-pressure centrifugal fan provide powerful suction, capable of collecting mixed trash such as dust, stones, and fallen leaves, with a removal rate of ≥95%.
3. Core Components
• Fan: Weiye 6.0 maintenance-free centrifugal fan, with an air volume of 2800 m³/h, low noise, and long life.
• Hydraulic System: Hyder River solenoid valve assembly and cylinder for sensitive response and precise control; Sanyo motor drives the brush rotation for high stability.
• Electronic control system: Siemens electronic control switch + PLC electronic control box, full English operation panel, supports two-way operation (cab and rear control box), functions include sweeping brush lifting and lowering, sucker opening and closing, garbage bin dumping, etc. Key electrical components use Siemens electronic control switch, Sanyo hydraulic motor, Xinxishan electronic diaphragm pump and other international and domestic well-known brands to ensure the stability and durability of the circuit
4. Safety and Emergency Systems:
• Automatic Clutch: Protects the auxiliary engine and ensures smooth starting and stopping.
• Manual Pump Emergency System: In the event of an electrical or hydraulic system failure, the sweeping brush and other mechanisms can be manually retracted, ensuring timely vehicle movement without obstructing traffic.
