★ Chassis system technical architecture
Isuzu FTR 16-ton truck crane adopts the latest generation of FTR commercial chassis platform, and its 4500mm golden wheelbase design perfectly balances driving stability and working space requirements. The vehicle size reaches 11030×2500×3450 (mm), building an efficient space utilization system. The platform is equipped with a 4HK1-TCG60 inline four-cylinder diesel engine that meets the Euro VI emission standards. It adopts high-pressure common rail injection technology and can output a maximum power of 205HP and a peak torque of 647N·m at 1800rpm. The transmission system is matched with Isuzu's self-developed MLD 6-speed manual transmission, which has smooth gear shifting and quick response, and can flexibly adjust power output according to different working conditions.


★ Innovative design of lifting mechanism
The lifting device adopts a U-shaped single-plate arm structure made of high-strength BS700MC steel. The 8.5-meter basic arm is matched with a 5-meter auxiliary arm to form a multi-working condition combination solution. The core lifting mechanism includes:
1. Double winch system: the main winch uses 25mm diameter steel wire rope, 120m/min linear speed with 15-ton pulley block; the auxiliary winch is equipped with 22mm steel wire rope, and 8 tons of lifting capacity can be achieved at 110m/min speed
2. Dual power drive mode: engine three-pump system + motor three-pump system (15kW variable frequency drive) constitute energy redundancy
3. Slewing mechanism: equipped with cross roller bearing center slewing device, integrated planetary gear reducer (speed ratio 1:256), to achieve 0-3rpm stepless speed regulation


★ Hydraulic and outrigger system
The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive proportional control technology and sets three-level pressure compensation:
• Main oil circuit working pressure 21MPa
• Telescopic oil circuit 18MPa
• Luffing oil circuit 16MPa
The four-leg hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a double-chamber safety lock valve, forming a 26.1㎡ stable support area with a horizontal span of 5.4m and a longitudinal span of 6.5m. The outrigger oil cylinder has a built-in displacement sensor, which interacts with the on-board intelligent torque limiter (IC-1 type) in real time to ensure that the rollover coefficient is always controlled within the safety threshold of 0.8.

★ Operation
1. Turntable control room: equipped with a hydraulic operating lever, which can be operated by intuitively observing the operating status.
2. Hydraulic operating levers on both sides: 2 manual hydraulic operating levers are equipped at the side protection on both sides
3. Wireless remote control system: 2.4GHz frequency hopping technology, 100 meters effective control distance, with three-level emergency stop protection
