The front axle can carry a load of 7,000 kg, while the rear axle (dual axles) can support 18,000 kg, ensuring the vehicle's load-carrying capacity and driving stability.
As an efficient sanitation vehicle, the core advantage of the ISUZU GIGA 20CBM Rear Loader Truck lies in the advanced technology and superior performance of its superstructure. The truck is equipped with a 20-cubic meter compactor body made of T420 special steel, with side walls 5mm thick and a floor 6mm thick, providing exceptional compression resistance and durability. The body's arcuate design not only facilitates even distribution of garbage but also enhances compression efficiency, achieving a compression ratio of 2.5 and significantly increasing the garbage loading capacity. The hydraulic system is a key component of the superstructure, operating at a pressure of 20 MPa, enabling rapid and efficient garbage compression and unloading. The loading cycle time is no more than 25 seconds, and the unloading time is no more than 40 seconds, demonstrating extremely high operational efficiency. Additionally, the ISUZU GIGA garbage compactor is equipped with dual sewage tanks of 200 liters and 600 liters, effectively collecting leachate from the garbage to prevent environmental pollution and further enhance its environmental performance.

Structure and Function of Tailgate
Lifting
The tailgate raise is achieved by two double acting hydraulic cylinders, which must be equipped with safety devices to prevent the tailgate from falling abruptly in the event of hydraulic failure or hose burst.
Hopper Capacity
The loose garbage capacity of loading hopper is around 2 m³ with the self cleaning ability during discharge.
Locking
Hydraulic locking by means of reverse action of two hydraulic tailgate lifting cylinders, which also prevents the leakage of the wastewater when the truck bounces due to road conditions.
Bin Lifting Devices
