▶ Upper Structure Functional Configuration:
1. Tank Structure
• Material: Q235B carbon steel, 6mm thick, treated with anti-corrosion coating, highly corrosion resistant.
• Volume: 10 cubic meters, tank body designed with baffles, front and rear high-strength arc-shaped end caps.
• Observation Window: Transparent observation window at the rear door of the tank, sight glass on the left side for real-time monitoring of liquid level and contaminant status inside the tank.
2. Vacuum System
• Vacuum Pump: SK-12 Water Circulation Vacuum Pump
• Pumping Speed: 12 m³/min, quickly creating negative pressure inside the tank, improving suction efficiency.
• Ultimate Vacuum: -0.093 MPa, capable of suctioning and discharging mixtures containing solids and liquids (particle size ≤ 50 mm).
• Cooling Method: Water-cooled circulation, extending pump lifespan.
3. Tailgate and Discharge System
• Tailgate Structure: Hydraulically locking tailgate with strong sealing to prevent leakage during transportation.
• Suction Port: DN100mm large-diameter suction valve on the right side of the tank tail, supporting quick connection to the discharge port.
• Discharge Port: The tailgate is equipped with a DN150mm discharge valve, supporting gravity flow or pressurized discharge.
4. Operation
• Hydraulic oil tank: Used for opening the tailgate and lifting the tank.
• Manual operation valve assembly: Hydraulic control valve on the right side of the front of the tank, allowing manual operation of tank lifting (lifting angle ≥50°) and tailgate opening and closing.
