Working Principle
The Isuzu ELF 600P rear loader garbage truck is driven and controlled entirely by a hydraulic system. Specifically, the power generated by the vehicle's engine is transmitted to the oil pump through a power take-off and a transmission shaft. As the oil pump rotates, it generates high-pressure oil, which then drives the relevant hydraulic cylinders to work by operating the control switches on the multi-way directional valve. These cylinders drive specialized mechanisms to complete the tasks of garbage loading, compression, and unloading, respectively.
The compression mechanism consists of a press plate, guide wheels, and a cylinder base, all welded together with steel plates and channel steel. It can efficiently compress the garbage from the hopper into the carriage under the pushing force of the cylinder. The entire process takes only 25-30 seconds, with a compression density of 0.6-0.8 tons per cubic meter. The unloading mechanism, on the other hand, is composed of an unloading cylinder and an unloading push plate. The push plate is welded together with steel plates and brackets and is positioned through guide slots. When the cylinder extends, it pushes the unloading push plate, thereby discharging the garbage from the carriage. The entire unloading process takes approximately 40 seconds.
