The PTO is the power take-off device attached from the side window of the chassis transmission. An internal gear is in constant mesh with the fourth gear of the automobile transmission. Through a pair of reduction gears, it outputs power suitable for the speed of the vacuum pump, driving the vacuum pump to discharge air from the tank to complete vacuum suction. The tank is a transportation carrier for sewage suction and a container for vacuum suction. The vacuum pump is a power machine that sucks out the air in the tank and discharges it to the atmosphere. It is the heart of the vacuum truck. It can also be inflated into the tank to accelerate the discharge of sewage to the outside without opening the tank door. The piping system is mainly composed of a four-way valve, an oil and gas separator, a safety valve and pipelines. It is a complete set of equipment required for pumping and inflating the tank. The hydraulic system mainly includes a fuel tank, a hydraulic pump, a multi-way reversing valve, a lifting hydraulic cylinder, a tank door hydraulic cylinder, a pressure gauge and a fine filter. Its main function is to drive the hydraulic cylinder to complete operations such as opening or closing the tank door, tipping the tank and dumping waste. 1. Long-term suspension
If the vacuum pump of the vacuum truck needs to be stopped for a long time, we need to disassemble the entire pump, dry the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, install them, and store them properly. This prevents the pump from getting wet and rusting, ensuring it can operate normally when used again.
2. Lubricating oil replacement
Vacuum pumps need to replace lubricating oil regularly to ensure the normal operation of the pump. When replacing lubricating oil, you should choose lubricating oil suitable for the pump and ensure that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. Lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time to ensure the performance and working life of the pump.
3. Flow control
