Built on the Isuzu KV600 dedicated sanitation vehicle chassis, with a wheelbase of 3365mm, the core powertrain features an Isuzu 4KH1CN6HB 132hp diesel engine, employing high-pressure common rail electronic fuel injection technology and an EGR+DOC exhaust aftertreatment system to meet China VI emission standards. The transmission system is matched with an Isuzu MLD 6-speed manual gearbox, offering smooth shifting and reasonable gear differentiation.
Container: 6 cubic meter curved carbon steel garbage bin, treated for corrosion and rust prevention.
Bin Tilting Mechanism: Compatible with standard 120L/240L plastic garbage bins, enabling automatic grabbing, lifting, tipping, and resetting. One person can operate it, greatly saving manpower and improving work efficiency.
Two-Way compact Technology:
o High-Efficiency Filling: During loading, scrapers initially compress the garbage, increasing the single-load capacity.
o Powerful Compaction: During the compact cycle, the garbage is subjected to strong two-way compact, maximizing garbage density.
o Leakage Prevention: Through powerful compact, water in the garbage is fully squeezed out and directed into the wastewater tank, effectively preventing secondary pollution during transportation and keeping roads clean.
Intelligent Control
Cabin Electronic Control: The cab features an electronic control panel with buttons for power, power take-off, lighting, loading/lowering of the loader, loading, unloading, cleaning, and pusher extension and retraction.
Rear Electronic Control: Allows the operator close observation and precise control of the loading and unloading process from the rear of the vehicle. It includes a tilting mechanism for tilting, single/continuous cycle operation, scraper opening/closing, slide plate movement, and work lights. The high degree of automation effectively reduces labor intensity.
