Isuzu FVZ GIGA 16 cubic rear loader is modified based on the Isuzu GIGA FVZ 5X chassis, with a 4800mm wheelbase, equipped with an Isuzu 6HK1-TCG60 engine and a FAST 9-speed gearbox. The upper body is a 16 cubic stainless steel compression box, with a rear bucket flip mechanism and a bucket blocking device. The garbage loading and unloading is mainly operated by three places including the electronic control box in the cab, the manual hydraulic operating lever on the driver's side, and the tailgate electronic control box. There are also two single operation control boxes on the lower left side of the box. The vehicle is equipped with multiple emergency brake operation knobs, lights on both sides of the tail, and folding foot pedals.

• Operation: The standard rear-mounted bucket flip mechanism seamlessly connects to standard 120L/240L/660L plastic trash cans, enabling automated collection and significantly reducing worker workload. A bucket retaining device effectively secures the trash can during lifting and tilting, preventing it from slipping and ensuring safe and smooth operation.
Humanized and Safe Operation Design
Multi-mode Control: Loading, compacting, and unloading operations can be flexibly controlled from three key locations:
1. In-cab control panel: The driver can collect and operate the push shovel safely and conveniently without exiting the vehicle.
2. Manual hydraulic joystick on the driver's side: At the ground, operators can manually control the flip mechanism, tailgate raising and lowering, scraper blade closing and scraping, slide plate movement, and push shovel extension and retraction.
3. Rear control panel: This allows the operator to operate directly from the rear of the vehicle, providing optimal visibility.
In addition, two single-function control panels are located on the lower left side of the vehicle for precise operation of specific functions.
• Comprehensive Safety:
