ISUZU 10 cbm truck mounted garbage compactor integrates a high-performance 4HK1-TCG60 diesel engine, This 5.2L inline-4 cylinder engine produces 190 hp at 2,600 rpm and generates 510 Nm torque at 1,600-2,000 rpm, compliant with China VI emission standards. Coupled with the MLD6S manual transmission system.
The compactor module employs a dual-cylinder hydraulic system operating at 18 MPa pressure, achieving a 4:1 compression ratio to maximize waste density within the 10.5m³ cargo compartment. Its 220L hydraulic oil tank supports continuous compaction cycles, while the PLC-controlled system enables semi-automatic loading/compaction cycles.
