I.Vehicle Overview and Introduction to Operating System
This vehicle not only has stable driving performance and sufficient garbage storage space, but also stands out with its flexible and diverse operating system. The combination of PLC electronic control system and manual hydraulic operating system provides operators with a convenient and efficient control experience.
II. Three operating modes and their control principles
★. Operation of the electronic control box in the cab
● Function button: The electronic control box integrates control buttons for functions such as power take-off switch button, garbage loading mode, unloading mode, loader lifting, push shovel push-out retraction, and tailgate cleaning.
● Application principle: The operator sends instructions to the PLC electronic control system by pressing the corresponding button. According to the received instructions, the PLC controls the actions of various actuators of the hydraulic system (such as hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves, etc.) through preset program logic to realize the functions of loading, compressing, unloading of garbage, lifting and lowering of the loader, pushing out and retracting of the shovel, etc. At the same time, the PLC can also monitor the status of the vehicle to ensure the safety and reliability of various operations.


★. Manual hydraulic operating lever operation on the driver's side
● Operating lever function: The manual hydraulic operating lever includes control levers for functions such as rolling over, lifting, Shovel (Push Plate), Slide Plate, and scraper.
● Application principle: When manual operation is required, the operator can directly drive the manual pump or manual valve of the hydraulic system by pulling or pushing the corresponding operating lever to control the action of the hydraulic cylinder. For example, by pulling the lifting lever, the hydraulic cylinder can be driven to lift the loader; by pushing the Shovel lever, the push plate can be driven to push and compress the garbage. The application of the manual hydraulic operating system provides operators with an alternative operation method when the electronic control system fails or cannot be used.

● Function buttons: The tailgate electric control box is equipped with control buttons for functions such as Single/Continuous cycle, Scraper Open/Close, Slide Plate Down/Up, and Automatic/Manual Mode.

According to the instructions, the PLC controls the actions of the tailgate-related hydraulic actuators to realize the opening and closing of the tailgate, the opening and closing of the scraper, the up and down movement of the slide plate, and the switching of the operation mode.
