Refrigerated compartment: technological insulation, precise temperature control
Refrigerated compartment is the core of cold chain transportation. Isuzu 700P 4-ton refrigerated truck adopts a composite structure of "inner and outer fiberglass + polystyrene insulation layer". The inner and outer skins are high-strength fiberglass, which is impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface; the middle layer is a 50mm thick polystyrene insulation board with low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation performance, ensuring that the compartment can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -20℃ to +20℃.
The design of the bottom plate is particularly sophisticated, using 5mm thick patterned aluminum plate, which is non-slip and wear-resistant, not easy to slip during forklift operation, and has a stronger load-bearing capacity. The door system takes into account both practicality and sealing: the 1.2-meter side door on the right is equipped with a locking system and a rubber curtain, which can be opened and closed quickly when loading and unloading goods, and the sealing strip fits tightly to effectively prevent cold air leakage; the full-size double-opening rear tailgate has a 180° hinge, which supports forklift loading and unloading, and improves loading and unloading efficiency.
Refrigeration system: Carrier quality, temperature worry-free
The core of the refrigerated compartment is the refrigeration unit. The Isuzu 700P refrigerator van truck is equipped with Carrier SUPRA 850+ independent refrigeration unit, which uses environmentally friendly refrigerant, has strong cooling capacity, can reach as low as -20℃, and has temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, ensuring that the goods are always in the best preservation state.
Carrier C400 evaporator is installed on the top, with an air volume of 2500 m³/h, evenly distributed, and combined with multi-air vent design to ensure the uniformity of the compartment temperature and avoid temperature dead corners inside the compartment. The unit supports remote monitoring and fault warning. The driver can view the compartment temperature and unit status in real time through the mobile phone APP, predict potential problems in advance, and ensure transportation safety.
The refrigeration system is deeply matched with the compartment structure to form a "cold air circulation closed loop". Even if it is transported for a long time, the compartment temperature fluctuation is extremely small, ensuring the quality of the goods.
