Isuzu 8-ton truck mounted crane is based on Isuzu FVR GIGA 5X Class II chassis and is optimized for heavy-duty operations. Its 4500mm long wheelbase design takes into account driving stability and turning flexibility, and is suitable for narrow road conditions in urban lanes or construction sites. The power is equipped with a 6HK1-TCG61 inline six-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 7.79L, a maximum power of 240 horsepower (176kW), and a peak torque of 850N·m. The low-speed and high-torque characteristics ensure strong power when starting and climbing with heavy loads. It is matched with Fast's 8-speed manual transmission, with dense gear ratios, smooth gear shifting, excellent fuel economy, and stronger adaptability to complex road conditions.
★ Upper loading crane: SQ-8 synchronous telescopic boom crane is accurate and efficient
The SQ-8 crane adopts a five-section U-shaped arm synchronous telescopic design, 360° full rotation without dead angle operation, and a wide coverage range.
• Maximum load 8 tons: When working at close range (working radius 2.5 meters), 8 tons of cargo can be hoisted, and the load gradually decreases as the amplitude increases (such as 500kg at a radius of 16.18 meters). The full-extended arm is 16.2 meters long and the maximum lifting height is 18 meters (including the arm elevation angle)
• Hydraulic system: independent hydraulic pump oil supply, pressure 27MPa, equipped with a two-way balance valve to prevent the arm from accidentally sliding down.
• Hydraulic outriggers: 4 H-shaped outriggers (2 front and 2 rear), a single outrigger span of 4.5 meters, can be retracted horizontally and vertically, providing strong support for hoisting. The outriggers are equipped with two-way hydraulic locks to ensure that there is no risk of soft legs during operation.
• Basket: The vehicle is equipped with a movable basket that can carry a load of 200kg for high-altitude maintenance or installation operations. The basket uses a non-slip floor, is equipped with guardrails, and is installed movably, so it can be placed in the cargo box when not in use.
• Intelligent protection: The crane has a built-in torque limiter, which automatically alarms and cuts off the action when overloaded; the hook is equipped with an anti-unhooking device as standard.
• Operation mode: It supports dual modes of the cab aerial operating platform and the manual hydraulic joysticks on both sides of the ground. It can be operated through the aerial operating platform on the ground, which is convenient for operators to remotely control in a relatively safe and comfortable position; it can also be operated using manual hydraulic operating levers on both sides of the ground crane. This operation method is more intuitive and flexible, which is convenient for operators to make timely adjustments according to the on-site conditions. Through these operation methods, the crane extension/retraction, luffing, rotation, hook lifting/dropping, as well as the horizontal and vertical extension/retraction of the hydraulic outriggers.

High-strength structural cargo box design: size 5500×2350×550mm, 5mm bottom plate, 4mm side plate high-strength steel plate, internal welded reinforcement ribs, which not only ensure the strength and durability of the cargo box, but also meet the transportation needs of different goods.
