Auxiliary engine: Isuzu 77HP
The Isuzu 77HP auxiliary engine uses advanced fuel injection technology and optimized combustion chamber design to improve fuel economy and reduce emissions. At the same time, the engine is also equipped with an intelligent control system that can automatically adjust the power output according to the needs of the cleaning operation to achieve the best balance between energy consumption and efficiency.
The 77 horsepower output power ensures stable and efficient operation of key components such as the cleaning system, water spray system and dust collection device.
4 cubic carbon steel water tank:
This water tank is made of high-quality carbon steel and has undergone special anti-corrosion treatment to ensure its corrosion resistance and durability during long-term use. The 4 cubic large capacity design provides sufficient water reserves for the road sweeper.
The water tank is closely connected to the cleaning system, and water is sprayed onto the ground through a high-pressure water pump and cleaned with a cleaning brush to effectively remove stains and dust on the road surface.
8 cbm stainless steel trash bin:
The inner layer of the trash bin is made of stainless steel and the outer layer of carbon steel. It has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance and can keep clean and hygienic for a long time. The 8cbm capacity design can meet the needs of long-term cleaning operations and reduce the number of frequent dumping of garbage. The interior of the trash can is smooth and flat, and it is not easy to leave garbage and dirt. At the same time, it is equipped with a garbage compaction device to improve the efficiency of garbage collection.
The trash bin is connected to the cleaning system, which uses negative pressure suction to suck the garbage and dust on the ground into the trash bin, achieving simultaneous cleaning and collection.
Cleaning system: efficient integrated cleaning solution
The cleaning system is the core part of the vehicle, mainly composed of cleaning brushes, high-pressure water pumps, negative pressure dust suction devices, suction cups, etc. The arrangement of four centrally placed brushes and a rear suction port makes the cleaning width large and the efficiency high.
Cleaning brush
The cleaning brush is responsible for the preliminary collection of garbage, dust and other debris on the ground. The vehicle is equipped with a high-performance cleaning brush, which is made of wear-resistant and durable materials and can maintain good working condition during long-term operation. At the same time, the design of the cleaning brush fully considers the cleaning needs of different ground surfaces. High-pressure water pump

Sucker

Weiye 6.0 maintenance-free centrifugal fan:
