The Isuzu ELF cabin single axle rear loader is modified on the basis of Isuzu 700P chassis, with a wheelbase carefully set to 4175mm. It is equipped with a 4HK1-TCG61 engine that meets the National VI standard, 120HP, 5193ml displacement, and powerful and clean power. The transmission system adopts Isuzu MLD six-speed gearbox, which has smooth shifting and quick response. It is supplemented by air conditioning system and power steering, and the driving experience is elegant and comfortable. The front and rear axles bear 4 tons and 7 tons respectively, which are solid and stable. They are equipped with ABS anti-lock braking system and air brake for double safety protection. The cab has a flexible flip design and convenient maintenance. It is standardly equipped with 235/75R17.5 wear-resistant tires, which are steady at every step.
The upper body adopts a streamlined arc box design, which is not only beautiful but also has a volume of 8 cubic meters. It is all made of Q345 high-strength manganese steel plate. The full welding process ensures impeccable performance. The side four bottom five structure has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity and good sealing. Selected Xingguang oil cylinder and Wanye oil pump, with Zhongmei brand multi-way valve system, precise control; high-density hydraulic oil pipes ensure leak-free transmission, and Jiashan power take-off power transmission is efficient.



The automatic Taiwan PLC control system equipped with this vehicle integrates advanced electronic technology, computer technology and automation technology. Through the preset program logic, the Taiwan Yonghong PLC system is responsible for controlling the whole process of garbage loading, compression, unloading, etc., achieving high automation and precision.


2. Precise control:
Taiwan Yonghong PLC control system can accurately control hydraulic cylinders, motors and other actuators to ensure smooth and efficient garbage loading and compression process. Sensors are used to monitor the position of the garbage bin, compression status and vehicle load in real time to avoid operational errors.

3. Intelligent monitoring:
The Taiwan Yonghong PLC control system can monitor the working status of the vehicle in real time, including key parameters such as engine speed, oil temperature, oil pressure, and loading arm position. Once an abnormal situation is detected, the system will immediately sound an alarm and take corresponding protective measures to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel.
In terms of environmental performance, Isuzu 700P 8cbm rear loader compactor adopts a multiple sealing design to effectively prevent the leakage of garbage leachate. The exhaust gas treatment system meets the latest emission standards and minimizes secondary pollution to the urban environment.
